Obama’s lack of basic motor skills was on display Monday evening at a Little League game in Washington, D.C. He looked like he was trying to shot put a hacky sack, or something.
The Little Leaguers were not impressed, the Associated Press reports:

Shocked parents reached for their smartphones to snap a quick photo, but not all of their kids were as impressed. Some held back, unsure of who Obama was, as their parents tried to lure them back onto the infield to join the president.
“Daddy, let’s just play,” said one young boy, pulling his father by the hand.
The “pitcher in chief” even got a chance to try out his arm, tossing the ball from near the pitcher’s mound to 10-year-old Danny Ringel, who plays for the Tigers.
The “pitcher in chief” has struggled for years to master the simple art of throwing a baseball correctly.

Not that there is anything wrong with that...

Ever wonder why they don't allow his golf outings to be filmed? Still photos are all we get of the "baller" president.
Of course after the basketball fiasco who can blame them.

That's because Obama is more of a catcher than a pitcher

I can't believe when I see so many people who cannot throw a baseball. Throwing something just feels natural. It's easy.
I guess it would be like me trying to throw with my other hand, but even then I can still at least make a half-way decent throw even though it feels awkward.
It baffles me.
I've never even played soccer in my life, but I can kick a ball and look normal doing it. Why do people have so much trouble throwing?

No idea. Maybe we need to have this as a qualifier now if you intend to hold any major political office, or just to be allowed to vote
No more I.D. laws. Just throw a baseball correctly

I imagine it looked something very similar to this. The Fark gods should do some work on this.

Well considering Kevin Spacey is gay IRL I guess that's pretty accurate.

El Presidente has a a perfect for pitching stance and mechanics in the game of cricket, which is a result of living most of your early years in a foriegn country. The pitching is more manly than riding a bike in a pair of jeans handed down from the Moose.

Sorry if I've told this story here before. Back in the day the Olympics considered adding baseball. The USSR hired a couple of American minor league coaches to train their team.
The coaches were given a bunch of 16 to 20 year old athletes from other sports who were not gonna make the Olympic team in their chosen sport.
After 2 years the American coaches gave up and said it was useless. "It's odd to see a well conditioned athlete throw a baseball like a girl."
The Russians did not have the muscle memory developed from age 6 to 14 that American baseball players had.
Obama probably never touched a baseball in his childhood. He throws exactly how I would expect. Golf is his sport of preference because the ball does not move.

I guess that makes sense. I was throwing a ball around since I was a toddler. So I never had to "learn" how to throw. I just always did it.
Like I said, I guess it would be like me trying to throw with my opposite hand.

Same with me. I didn't need anyone to play pitch and catch with. I just threw a baseball on the tin roof our our garage and caught it. Or threw a tennis ball against the side of the house and caught it.
Young parents today whine about the necessity to put their kids in 'travel teams' to learn to play baseball at a high level. It's because kids today would rather spend time in the house with video games. They don't get the 1,000s of repetitions we had back in the day in vacant lots. Unsupervised by adults. Free of charge. The most important player was the kid who actually brought the baseball.

Ah nope.
It's a one stroke penalty to comment on someone's stroke. If I played with Obama, I'd have to take about 6 strokes after this shot.
