I looked and it said my text messages are taking up 3.2GB of space. I deleted every message I on my phone, yet it now says 2.0GB. Is there a 'sent' folder for text message that I can access to delete and free up more space?

Put mini SD card in it. I have an additional 32 gbs in mine.

Unless you have an iPhone, then you're screwed.

Correct

I'm not asking how to get more storage, I'm asking how to delete messages that I can't find on my phone anywhere

If you deleted all convos, it simply takes a while to actually delete them all and free up the space.

Start by deleting all of your dick pics. I hear the BBC ones take up more space.

someone actually posted the exact same problem on here a month or so ago...I can't remember the solution, but it was fixed before the thread ended, so hopefully the same solution is posted here...

Great purchase for iphone people... Holds an extra battery's worth of power and an additional 16 or 32gigs of memory. Had a regular mophie for charges and recently upgraded to this guy. Highly recommended

Like another poster said, it just takes a while for them to become completely erased. Deleted all my texts 2 weeks ago and immediately after it was still showing 3GB. I forgot about it and just checked after reading this and shows only 214Mb being used by texts.

If you don't have enough room to store your old phones, sell them on a Gazelle.com.
