Footloose remake vs Grease 2?

Which movie is worse? I saw Grease 2 a long time ago and remember it being pretty bad. I happened across the footloose remake this weekend and man it was awful.
I'm going footloose remake. Grease 2 came out during the era of cheesy movies so i sort of give it a pass.

Grease 2. I didn't find the Footloose remake to be any worse than Footloose.

the lead actor was much worse than kevin bacon. and the hip hop dance moves they substituted were a lot worse too. although i guess they really HAD to use to more up to date music and dance moves.

I watched Grease for the millionth time the other night and then Grease 2 came on immediately after it, and I watched it for the first time.
Grease 2 is hilariously bad so I'm going with it. Right off the bat they make Sandy's cousin "from England" when she was from Australia. Continuity wasn't big in that movie, not to mention the songs were awful.

All of those movies are unwatchable unless you are or were a teenage girl when they were released. I will give ladies who grew up with those films a nostalgia pass for rewatching them today.

close call but it's definitely footloose.
the acting was horrible.
other than julainne hough being better looking a possibly a better dancer....none of these people even came close to the original..
the guy playing the lead sucked.

the guy playing willard sucked
and dennis quaid wasn't a pimple on john lithgow's arse as the preacher..
