Looking to buy my first Kayak

I want something I can just cruise around in but also something that can handle some rapids when I want to do that type of stuff. Nothing too crazy as far as rapids go, just your normal river rapids with the occasional 3-4 foot drop offs from rocks. My budget isn't very big, because I don't see myself using it all that much. But I want to take advantage of the buffalo river up here.
