Gaming console connected to one tv, but ability to play in another room??

I'm not cool enough to have a gaming PC :-( it doesn't seem out of the realm of possibilities. Something similar to direct tv and their genie box

I have a ps4, but no vita. Just seems like there could be a market for a box that connects thru wi-fi and allows this to happen

PS Vita TV, but it's not out yet in North America.
