Another exceptionally high crime area. Guess they wanted a change of scenery from the lawlessness that is Corporate Blvd, Perkins Road and Kenilworth Parkway where they usually expend all their resources.

Its Stumberg and Old Jefferson. Tiger Bend turns into Old Jefferson about a quarter of a mile prior to the intersection.
