Any of you OT alphas use Pinterest?

I've been seriously considering hopping on the Pinterest bandwagon but I have some questions first.
Are straights guys even allowed on Pinterest ?
What exactly is Pinterest?
Why is it so much more popular among females?

I love it man.
I only follow categories I like such as home improvement, BBQ/grilling, landscaping, jokes, drinking, men's attire like suits and watches, photography, life hacks, etc.

I'll "pin" food that looks delicious on my fiancé's pinterest and she'll buy the ingredients and cook it for me.
She'll pin home improvement shite, outdoor grilling ideas, watches she likes for men, etc. to mine.

I have a board called "stuff I want" directed my bf there for Christmas and birthday. He can find exactly that item or if it's something not in stock bc I pinned it 2 years ago he can get a better idea of my style and what I'd like.
But other than that, Pinterest is like bookmarking stuff you like online with the ability to easily categorize it.
