People who lift**: What supplements are you on?

Right now I'm just using Machine Whey protein from tigerfitness.com. But now and then I'll take a scoop of my friend's pre workout.

Also, I've tried some amino acids extracts but I'm not a huge fan of stacking. I lift everyday so recovery is a key.

i have had that same affect several times when stacking those.

i find that killing kittens helps

Syntha 6 is the only thing I take…it's one of the best powder proteins in the market…lots of great nutrients

I make about 5 shakes a week after my workouts…1 scoop of whey, 1 scoop of organic wheatgrass, PB2, half banana, and a cup of organic unsweetened almond milk

oxymoron. You need to stop lifting eveyday if you in fact do lift everyday (as in 7 days a wk?). You cant possibly recover if you lift everyday.

Good question and I was actually thinking about making the same post. I just got back into the gym about 7-8 months ago (about 3-4 times a week). Since I've been back I've just been taking whey for post workout. I used to take the BSN products (NO Xplode, Cellmass, Syntha, etc.) several years ago, but I know the supplement industry changes pretty quickly. I'm getting results but would like to put on a bit more muscle mass. Despite how much I keep increasing the weight, the mass results are just not quick. Any recommendations? I don't want to take some crazy cocktail, but would like a bit faster results. Thanks.

Assault and protein.

Usually take baileys amino acid pills but assault apparently has aminos, creatine and NO. I'll just take less. At my weight it required me to take 20 pills throughout the day.. I've gained about 17 lean lbs since taking them.

Was taking N.O.X but wanted to try assault since everyone has been raving about it. NOX gave me more energy but assault is said to be the most well rounded supplement there is.

- Multivitamin
- ON or Met Rx Whey Protein
- MusclePharm Casein Protein at night
- Extra Glutamine
- Assault PWO

Outside of that, I take Emergen-C with some apple cider vinegar so the flavor doesn't suck. I add a bunch of random stuff to my morning shakes like spinach, cinnamon, almond butter, and cayenne. Cayenne gives it a good kick. I didn't think I'd like it but it's interesting.

I like fresh wheatgrass but I don't go to whole foods often and need to.
