Sold my iPhone and bought new one. Missing some songs...

I bought some songs from iTunes on my last iPhone but never got around to docking it to my computer before I sold it.
I now have another iPhone and when I go to iTunes it says that I've already purchased those songs. So basically if I was even willing to repurchase them, iTunes won't let me.
Anybody know how I can hopefully get those songs to my new phone?

When I got a new phone they were in my music already. Just had to hit the little cloud icon next to the song to download to the the new device.

I'm going to have to see if I have that icon on my phone.
I'm rocking a pre-paid for the next 2 weeks because I already have money on it and I'm not wasting that.
