Internet window jumping

When i'm on TD at work the screen always jumps to the AT&T moving ad. For example I click on the O-T Lounge, all the threads pull up then the screen jumps to the bottom where the AT&T add is playing. Don't have this problem at home. Anyone know what settings I have to fix so it won't do this.
