I noticed that happening to me a few weeks ago. Id reply to a group text and get responses from everyone saying I just sent them a personal response. Not a group response. 
ETA- I fricking loath group messaging. I wish textra had an option to disable it.

It did that to me too. So I checked the box that says use MMS for group chats but I'm not sure if it worked or not

Their tech support is very responsive. Shoot them an email and they will figure it out.
