How long before this issue becomes the focus of our attention?

Should the Civil Rights Act be amended to provide Title VII protection for the LGBT community?

Why or why not?

Might as well discuss it now, because, IMHO, this issue will be the top focus of MSM attention in the foreseeable future.

Title VII protection for a protected class allows aggrieved parties to act as "private attorneys-general" as they seek to receive compensation for violation of their civil rights.

No. There should be no protected class.
