Did his team win? I don't see a problem as long as he helped his team win.

Hit 2 massive 3's, a breakaway layup, and 2 free throws in the final 3 minutes of the game to help spark their incredible comeback.

Guys have bad games. He did other things to help his team win like grabbing 10 boards and 5 assists. He got to the line multiple times.

6-22 and a win.

This board is out of control with KD/LBJ hate.

How about this for comparison. Kevin Durant is 25 and played poorly in a game 5 of the Western Conference semifinals.

What did LeBron do age 25 in a game 5 against the Boston Celtics in the 2010 Eastern Conference semifinals?

3-14 from the field and 0-4 from 3 for a grand total of 15 points.

No one is immune to off shooting nights.

Not really a fair question - Kevin Durant is playing against real live NBA teams.

I don't think you meant to reply to me. But to save you time, I think LeBron's the best in the league. I also think Durant's awesome and I don't have to shite on him, just to convince myself that LeBron's good.

Depends if we are going by the flawed premise in your OP then KD by far, but that should be expected.

Their games are different. Durant is a volume shooter, so he is bound to have bad nights shooting the ball. LeBron because of his size, strength, and overall athletic ability is able to pick his spots more and not force as much.

The real question is do they do enough when they have bad shooting nights to over come it. LeBron has been the best at this for a long time because of rebounding ability and tremendous vision. KD's slowly been developing this part of his game.

LeBron's greatest growth as a player has been his willingness to play in the post when other teams put smaller defenders on him. KD hasn't developed that part of his game yet.

It's not his first bad game of the playoffs, but no one will notice this one after CP3's play at the end.

These numbers obssessed fans don't seem to understand that winning is the object if the game . Not stats.

Durant finally wins an MVP shooting 50.3%. That's what LeBron shot when he was 25. Let's see if KD can increase that to 51% at 26, 53.1% at 27, 56.5% at 28 and 56.7% at 29. And let me know the next time Scott Brooks asks Kevin Durant to defend a point guard like Derrick Rose or Tony Parker in crunch time or defend 7-footers in the low post all in the same game....or when KD has a few rings

obviously OKC has had a tougher road.

But the Nets had a top 5 record in the entire NBA since January, or something like that.

Some people don't understand that stats are a better way to compare individuals as opposed to team records.
