Y'all know of anything that was swept under the rug at your school or work?

That is kind if a big deal.
I just found out a certain HS football coach (BR area) got caught fricking a student. Wife took the kids and left him but he brought success to this particular school that they hadn't seen in quite some time so the school swept it under the rug.
Crazy what a little success can keep on the hush.

Teacher (female) got caught fricking a student in high school. They let her leave quietly and it never made the news, she's teaching somewhere else now I believe.
When I was in middle school (same place I went to high school), we had a teacher fricking the principal. He actually left his wife and kids and married the much younger teacher and had kids with her as well.
I also know of some other things but I'm not gonna trash my alma mater on here like that.

What's crazy is a teacher got "let go" after an affair with another teacher at the same school.

I know for a fact that a librarian at my high school was screwing around with a student. He was 18 and had a scholarship to play college athletics, so the whole thing was swept under the rug. They interviewed a bunch of kids about it (including me). I was honest because I had no warning and didn't want to get in trouble for lying. Someone told administration that I knew stuff, clearly. And I wasn't going to bluff a game I didn't know the rules for.

At my school some football players filmed a porn with the equipment manager using the team video camera. The coach supposedly watched it. He resigned without much of an uproar

Possible. I went to 4 different HS's and 2 colleges in south Louisiana so I got around.

Ours wasn't swept under the rug really... it was just one of those "worst kept secret" type deals. Ours was a softball coach banging one of his players. Nothing ever happened to him.

Still the coach. Not gonna say who, though. Only hint I'll give is the school had some big time renovations lately.
