Hell of a piece about 2022 in Qatar. Disgusting how corrupt the whole process is.

Good episode.

Blatter is a fricking piece of shite. He knows what's going on but what do shite about it. Him and that fricking secretary dude.

Do they just recycle the same Dempsey piece every 4 years now?

Blatter is quite possibly the biggest piece of shite in sports.

And yeah, the Dempsey piece is getting tiring. I'd rather see Jurgen again

Clearly the SEC needs to be in charge of our next WC bid. Fight corruption with corruption!

Fitting that an Alabama fan should lead the charge

It really pissed me off when that douchenozzle in the dress started spouting off about how his bid was the best bid. It was all computer generated. What a farce. Motherfricker was probably educated in the states, too, since he spoke with an American accent. What a count.

Anyone else want to jump through the TV when that smug Qatar official said they had the best bid?

Did not see you post, haha. Had the reply window up for a good while, though. Got pulled away from my desk.

I wish the South would put in a bid for the WC. If I'm not mistaken one of the biggest complaints was the travel distance, but Memphis, NO, Atl, Nashville, Jacksonville, Charlotte, Orlando, Louisville, Greensboro, Washington, and hell half the SEC stadiums and cities are set up to where this would just be a really big rivalry weekend.

EDIT: After reading some of the rquirements LINK
I'm still not sure.

I don't think any SEC stadium meets the requirements for a FIFA stadium. All of them would have to go through a lot of renovations.

true, at the very least...

-all seats must have backs (I think SEC stadiums are mostly bleachers

-A pitch entrance on the side (football stadiums generally have no grand entrance on the side for soccer team walk out, only the ends and corners for a football run out.

-Sunlight covers. Most SEC stadiums have no covers, the ones that do like Bryant Denny, are small.
