New Orlando City Crest

Needs some red. And they could do a few things to make the shield feel less empty, but it's still nice.

It doesn't need to be busy to not feel empty. Hell, even a two-tone purple splitting the shield down the middle would help to make it less empty. I think that there is so much purple that it leads to an empty feel. If they had thrown a red border instead of the purple one...or red in between the inside and outside purple outline, I think that would help alleviate the problem.

It looks more like a corporate logo.

I like it.

But, without a giant soccer ball in the logo how will we know it's a MLS team.


This will be one of the few that actually looks legit. I wouldn't mind two shades of purple. Simmular to how Arsenal (which is the best IMHO)has two shades of red to kinda give it that 3d appearance.

It will have to wait until I'm home. I just keep bringing up red because it's in their current identity. I like the purple, red, gold color scheme.

Looks like I didn't need to try and add red, someone's already done that for us. They also enlarged the lion and adjusted the placement of "CITY" on the crest.

1, 3, 2. Though 1 and 2 are very close for me.
