Tell me about this dude. Is he any good? When is he being called back up?

I'm scrambling with Jose going down.

No one knows, they don't have a spot in the rotation for him.

Salazar is treading water... one bad start may have him in AAA. Tomlin had a 6.36 ERA the last time he was in the majors.

It could be any day.

@IndiansAccounts: First rough outing on the year for @CLBClippers Trevor Bauer. Bauer's line: 5.2IP 9H 6R 6ER 3BB 4SO (4 HR) 103 pitches 63 strikes #Indians

Raises his ERA to 2.15 in AAA

Minor leaguers swing at his garbage pitches, major leaguers don't.

He's good, but got rocked in the minor league in his last outing.

Funny how Salazar's career basically is mimicking Bauer's at this point

Kyle Crockett got called up, first draftee from 2013 to make the show. Pitched at UVA

Interesting. I thought for sure it would be Bauer called up.

He's pitching Tuesday vs Detroit

They don't need him now so they are using Crockett as a bullpen arm in the meantime I assume

He's going to be really good at some point. Same feeling with Hosmer... He may suck now but he's going to smoke soon.

He's going to be a beast once he gets his control issue down. He's unconventional but his biggest knock has always been too many BB. I was pisssssed when the Dbacks traded him after drafting him so early.

Nobody liked him. Towers got rid of players that he felt were bad eggs -- which is eventually going to cost him his job.

Yes, I understand that...but he really shipped all of our young talent (minus Goldy, Corbin, Bradley, and maybe Owings) away in the course of two years. J.Upton, Bauer, Skaggs, Eaton. Great baseball players that have been premiere players at every level over their entire life are cocky douches 99% of the time...you just have to accept that. They can't always be as modest and soft-spoken as Goldy. Towers needs to be gone.
