When does Big Brother start back? -New question on page 2

I know it's usually right around the start of the summer. Anyone heard anything about the format (all noobs, all vets, mix and match, etc), any surprises, etc? In the few years I've watched they've never done one or the other, which is what I want this year. They've always had some sort of twist involving bringing back former guests. I either want an all-star season (only because I've never seen one) or a completely clean slate.
Also, since my 3rd annual non-spoiler megathread seemed to fall flat in relation to the mega-ier spoiler thread, I'll probably refrain from doing a 4th one, unless someone for some reason really wants it

I would prefer a straight game with no bonus powers for anyone.
I would also prefer them to go back to older player 30-50 year old folks that know how to play instead or crying about every fricking issue and taking everything personal.

I would like that as well but unfortunately veiled racism and waterworks boost ratings. Don't expect anything different with this cast.

ETA: i wonder what happened to ones who stirred up all of the shite with their comments last year? i know some were supposedly fired from their jobs. wonder what kinda hate they ran into when they got back out in the world?

I very possibly could be getting my seasons mixed up, but wasn't last year the one where it started out as all noobs then like halfway they brought in vets. Am I misremembering that?

I should know better than to invest so much time into this, but the final two last season really sucked!
I'm wondering if anyone will ever top the complete domination that was "Dr. Will" again? he was absolutely fun to watch.

No. If you want to get incredibly technical and play the "he did what he needed to do to win" angle then yes, he was good. But his ONLY strategy in the game was to find out who the power players were, then ANY time ANYthing bad was said about them, take off in a sprint that would make Usain Bolt jealous and tell them. He was a snitch and a whiny little tattletale.
It worked obviously, but I don't consider that good game play.

Yes so basically the entire game he was running to Amanda and telling her what was going on.
I guess he told Mccrae too, but Amanda clearly wore the pants and Mccrae didn't make any moves because of it

You bastard, I had completely erased amanda from my memory banks until you just mentioned her. By far my least favorite player ever, at least Rachel's annoying self could sometimes, occasionally be alright to look at.
