Anybody miss the old draft schedule?

It's too prolonged now. I miss sitting in front of the tv all day Saturday.

Yeah, the three day format is incredibly annoying. But it's a ratings bonanza so watch them move to one round per day over a whole week or something equally stupid

wasnt that bad. allowed to me watch first 3 rounds on thursday and friday night and then kind of peep in on saturday while busy with other stuff.

I loved the old format. I used to BBQ, drink, and bullshite with a group of guys over the draft. Now the first two days take all of that away.

Yea my pops used to go to draft parties and be gone all day long when I was little. Can barely have a party now a days.

i miss it...mostly because i miss the draft fest experience. It was a lot easier to make it down to metairie for a saturday than it is on a thursday night.

This guy. Back in college, my group of friends used to get together, cook and drink beer all day and watch the draft. Having it on Thursday night sucks.

This! I hate that they moved it to May, but I like watching the first 3 rounds (when the known players are selected) over regular primetime TV and I still have my Saturday to do whatever I want.

Continuing to push it back is probably terrible for the staff of teams.....so much more time in between the end of the season and the draft....

I just wish there was one extra round. So much talent still left for UDFA.
