Anybody seeing termites on their carports or in garages?

The ones that show up every year. I can't remember when they usually show up. For some reason, I thought it was in the fall.
I've seen a few here. Not the flying ones, but they were on my truck so maybe they just lost their wings.

No but what I saw today or yesterday rather was fire ant beds erupting with flying ants which I poured gas on before they could start flying off. They look like termites. As far as I can tell fire ants serve no useful purpose and should all be destroyed.
