Rb: hill, magee, blue
Wr: OBJ, Landry, boone, dural
TE: Gordon

06. They are better at 3/4 positions you listed.

Running back is the only thing 2013 wins. Wide receiver depth was critical for that team and allowed for constancy. Mett was a small downgrade from JaMarcus IMO. And, I have no idea what Gordon did last year.

qb: J Russel
#1 pick overall
One of the biggest things that stands out to me about JR over Mett is that JR was always clutch in late game situations. Mett was too for the most part; but was let a few times by the defense. Alabama both years, and Georgia this year are examples of that.

Better overall backfield; Hill is the better player though

Wr: D Bowe, B Davis, B Lafell, E Doucet
Better overall WR group; after OBJ and Landry it drops.

TE: R Dickson
At the moment better TE.

Gordon was a pretty good blocker for us but being TE's are barely used at LSU in the passing game, he didn't make much noise.
I say 06 wins though. 13 didn't have the depth. If you took away one member of the big 4 besides Hill, we may have struggled a bit

just some surprising numbers from 2006 to add to the discussion:
no running back on the team even reached the 500 yard mark on the season. (hill 1401 in 2013)
no receiver caught for 1000 yards (2 in 2013)
richard dickson caught 6 passes for 94 yards that year (gordon 6 catches 88 yds)
if the consensus is that 06 was better then why do their stats not measure up to 2013?

I'd take 06, but it'd be close.
interestingly, Dickson's 06 was pretty much the same stats-wise as Gordon's. Dickson didn't really become a big part of the passing game until 07.
Hester caught a lot of balls as JaMarcus's checkdown.
