I run the lakes about three times a week and I always see old men sitting in their trucks at Milford Park with their windows all the way down just watching people run. It's not illegal, but as a dude, even I think its creepy.

Looks like he's on prescription medication that enhances your age. I think it's called meth or something like that

Who determines this? The only way this could have the possibility of holding up is if they got the guy to admit he was gonna FAP to it later or something.

Police were called to Milford Wampold Memorial Park, off Stanford Avenue, at 9 Monday morning. Someone complained he was walking around taking pictures of females. Police say they found the 35-year-old in his car taking video, targeting women. Also in the car, police found a handle of vodka and a cup full of alcohol in the center console.

Seems like all those photos that were taken at the mullet toss could get someone in the same kind of trouble....Or the shots from Prop Stop, or hell, what about all of the tourists taking photos on Bourbon St. I guess they go around and ask everyone for permission first?

Sounds like another one of those laws that are enforced on a selective basis.

I didn't realize that "handle" was a newsworthy term
