Obligatory OT weekly workout thread..

Ended up working out chest today since my knee balked at me doing a leg workout.

Some barbell bench, some incline machine and some pec deck flys.

Rebounded from a less than stellar bench last week with 255x5 on my final set.

Legs on Wed after another day of rest for the knee.

Hiked 5 miles over a mountain, down the other side, then doubled back the trail. I consider that a cardio and leg workout. Tomorrow I'll hit the weights. If I don't go hike again in the morning. It's a great time of year for hiking here in CO.
