How much did you get away with when you were a kid?

My parents monitored what I did but trusted me a lot. I could always get anywhere I wanted, they never read my texts or anything, I know some parents track their kids phones.

Texting didn't exist when I was a kid. Neither did GPS tracking on cars. I was on the internet in the days before parents thought to monitor their kids on there. I got away with everything.

I was a good kid. Any and all trouble I got into was dealt with swiftly and justly, though.

No joke. Mine walked outside and yelled my name to come in for supper every 5 mins until I was within range to hear them.
