Going to be spending the weekend in Coppell near the airport. Any good beer bars or stores to check out near there?

There is a Gingerman in Southlake and Grapevine Brewery in Grapevine that I don't know anything about. Their lineup doesn't look very inspiring.
Coppel is about 15-20 minutes from Meddlesome Moth in Dallas....off peak traffic of course...so between 2 am and 4am...
