Slim chance, IMO.

I don't remember the last time it's happened, so history is on your side.

I would assume that nab someone. Holder seems like the best target to me. He is shady.
Was it just scooter libby from Bush, or were there others?

I think just Libby... Althought I guarantee there were others that could/should have been indicted.
And any fricking Lib that comes on here and honestly tries to say that this admin isn't dirty is a filthy fricking liar and I wish a case of genital warts on them.

If that last day before Hillary is sworn in rolls around with no senior level indictments.

Def won't be cabinet level.

I think he was the highest ranking (CoS to the VP). I'll actually have to dig. The Bush administration wasn't especially competent, but it was a fairly clean shop (which is actually my opinion of the current admin).

There wont even be a sacrificial indictment. If there were any hard evidence of any of the "scandals" you read about here ad nauseam it would be out by now, especially in an election year.

The Obama Administration, setting the standard for good behavior in government

Disagree. I think there is plenty of evidence. The issue is the election!
If the dems lose the senate.... Expect something.

Politicians at their core are....politicians. As such, they do not want to live in fear of their own self-serving actions. They are a brotherhood in that sense. The mutually assured destruction model of the cold war is applicable here too.
Two examples:
(1) IRS targeting - if the GOP really wanted heads to roll a special prosecutor would have long sense been appointed. While this would have been the right move, they don't want special prosecutors snooping around them at a later date - therefore they refrain.
(2) The Fraud of Obamacare - once again, who knew what and when and how many intentional lies have been told to prop up this grease fire? Select a special prosecutor to investigate what the WH knew and when they knew it relative to cancellations, actual enrollment numbers of previously uninsured, etc.

Which is why I said the elections of 2014 matter alot in this.
IF the republicans take the senate, they will have the mandate to pursue these issues.

What about a non-Lib who doesn't think this admin is especially dirty? The press smell blood in the water when it's in the water. Message-board outrage isn't actually an indication of anything.

None of that explains how admin after admin, through friendly and hostile conventions of congress, always have a couple of big dogs take a fall. I'm not saying 44 won't, but I will be here to witness the meltdown if he doesn't.

I'll never take another thing you ever post seriously...
You are a complete moron if you think this admin isn't dirty and secondly that the press doesn't do their best not to report it.

I wouldn't be shocked at all if no one's indicted before the end of this administration. I think a small handful will be indicted well after the fact, but 99% will get off scot-free and their crimes will go unrepentant and unpunished

I haven't taken anything you've posted seriously in years, so I guess reciprocity is only fair.

The dissemination of information is more diffuse than at any time in the history of the world--all human history. There are more media outlets and credible fora than ever before. Clinton was far more popular than Obama. Why couldn't he keep a blowjob, whitewater, and a number of other scandals under wraps. I'm using a democrat because if I mentioned that damn near a quarter of Reagan's administration was indicted you'd claim media bias--in spite of the fact that the media never came around to the simple fact that he should have been impeached for Iran-Contra.

Because he didn't have to. He lied like an SOB and avoided being indicted for Perjury during impeachment despite definitely committing it.
Sure, he got disbarred, but it was practically a slap on the wrist compared to being forced to resign.
