I have ordered probably 15 different times from PSA over the past couple years. No issues. Sometimes a few days longer than normal but they make it known on their website that shipping is delayed

You are about the luckiest person on earth. People think it is such an awesome deal when they save $5 on a $500 gun. Yeah right. Take your money to someone who has pride in what they do and who knows what customer service is about.

TTT, try calling them

Every time I ordered it usually took 15 business days to ship or receive my order.

The key is don't wait to order when you need an item.

I have only had a need to call them once. Was on hold for 5-10 minutes then spoke with someone to cancel an order. Not too painful

Other than that, no need to call. Why do so many ppl need to call them?

I my first order was confirmed by email but no response to any when I inquired or no answer on the phone. Made me a little nervous when you couldn't even contact them but purchase arrived after 3 months or so. Will continue to use them for anything I'm not in a rush for. Main thing is they do come through and you get exactly what you paid for (or at least I have).

No, the stuff they say is in stock in not normally in stock, and takes a few weeks to get in. They give you the run around until you either cancel your order or forget about it completely and your ammo showing up two months later is a surprise

I waited 3.5 weeks while my order was processed. My FFL was on file with them already. They charged my card within an hour of placing the order. Was supposed to be a Christmas present, but they didn't even try to call me until mid-January(I cancelled the order the day after Christmas). I could not get a hold of them unless I waited on the phone for a minimum of 15 minutes, sometimes went 40 without hearing from anyone.

Ordered from another company for $3 more 3 days before Christmas and had the gun the day after Christmas. That is how customer service and running a business happens

Might want to post in the vendor forum on AR-15.com that is how i got my last order from them processed. It had been around two months and i was getting pissed. I posted my order number on there and magically it shipped out after they responded to me on that forum. I have not been pleased with their shipping department on my last two orders from them. Pre-sandy hook their shipping was tolerable but lately it is a joke.

ETA: My order was a PTAC lower build kit that should have been no problem. The two uppers i had ordered from them shipped faster than the parts kit

They will not be in business too much longer. Too many other companies offering similar prices on stuff with much better service. I'll be happy when they go bankrupt and close the doors

These are not isolated incidents. Happens all of the time. If you want what you ordered, don't buy from them unless you don't want it for a couple of months. If you order from them, you have zero room to bitch

First one wasn't too long post sandy hook. The time it took to ship wasn't my issue but if you are too busy to get orders out, you can hire a chick for minimum wage to answer a phone. That made me more nervous than anything. Like I said though, since I know to not worry and it will come eventually so I have no problem with that.

I asked them multiple times why they didn't just have a couple of temp workers come in to answer the phones and fill orders. How hard is that?

I ordered from them the last time they did their 20% off sale and got my scope at a hell of a good price. Got it in 2-2.5 weeks. Not an unpleasant experience.

First time I have ever ordered a gun online. It has only been two weeks so I guess I should not complain. I will just give it to myself as a birthday present in August. (LOL) Sorry I didn't see the other post. I bought it as it was recommended by another OB poster. Prices in Mobile suck, they are not just 5 or just 5o dollars more. Mississippi and Louisiana they are fine but you can only buy a damn handgun in state you live without having to go though FFL mail bullshite.
