industrial works of the OT, what's the better job?

You can rank them or simply state what is better/worst. Where is better to work 1) in a plant, 2) pipeline or 3) offshore?

Eta. OK schedule out the door, say they all have same schedule.

these are all 3 completely different sectors (learning wise with minimal overlap, basically it is difficult to jump into the other ones once exp is gained in one without starting at the bottom again)...find the one you are interested in and go in that field. In my company you are paid ALOT more when choosing offshore route.

I work in one of these sectors but I'm thinking about the jump to another. I work for the company itself not a contractor.

If I was single I would go offshore, but I got a pregnant wife so that wouldn't fly right now.

My work spans all 3. I prefer the oilfield but too often the locations are remote & out of the way. Plant work is usually more rigid & congested but you're never too far away.
