Peeping tom arrested in Middleton

James Richard Jarmuskewicz, of Wilton, Minnesota, was booked on peeping tom charges into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison. Lalonde says Jarmuskewicz is not affiliated with the university.
On Monday (April 28), police received a complaint of a man in the Middleton Library looking under the stalls of the men’s restroom. The complainant says on Sunday (April 27), the male suspect followed him into a restroom. While the complainant was using the restroom, the male suspect lied down on the floor and began peeping under the stall
