As a Shaq fan, this makes me sick. This is far worse than what Sterling said or did, and it has nothing to do with a black or white thing. I'm just comparing the two, because they are both ambassadors of the NBA.

Why wouldn't he be serious? Just because one disrespected group is larger than the other doesn't mean that it is more disgusting.

I'm ready for the Sterling thing to die, but the OP is not out of line for comparing the two.

Shaq should apologize. It wasn't cool. He did remove it though, but at least apologize.

I have to admit. That was pretty shitty what Shaq did there.

But this should be a thread on it's own...not compared to Sterling.

What Sterling did deserved all of the backlash he got

But I'm sure none of these players have ever uttered anything similar

Just don't care for the double standard that exists now

So where is this story on ESPN ? I once respected Shaq. Ur wrong man .....! Now go apologize

I assume if a white major athlete would have done this , then ESPN would be riding the fcking horse

Shaq should know better. He owes this guy an apology. I don't equate it with the Sterling debacle but it's just not cool. Hope the Shaq Daddy steps up & apologizes.

Richard Pryor was more Racial then anyone but it was ok because he was Black and an Entertainer and what he said was funny. He made millions using the N Word.
