Shrimp and crab stew

A few years back we went tailgate at LSU and had some shrimp and crab stew. Anyone got a good recipe we could try out?

I guess it was just the recipe he had but man. I dont normally eat it but it was good. I guess i could try a gumbo and not add as mich water
