Anyone have an idea what hunting land sells for in rural MS??

It has good stand of timber, house useful for a camp, and a stocked fishing pond.

Way too many variables that aren't addressed in your post. Number one being location.

i live in central ms. gonna run about 3,000 to 5,000 ac plus the house

It's near Utica, and the house is old but sound enough for a hunting camp. It's only 38 ac, and just thought I would see if anyone had bought or sold any land in that area lately.

Tut: You don't have any idea what hardwood timber would sell for an acre (just an estimate)??

Hardwood i was going to guess 3500-4500 an acre depending on quality of timber but this amy give u some comps. LINK
