The answer is right there.
That's what you need to be guaranteed a spot.
Special accommodations can be made for others.
I know non-athletes who got into LSU with a 19.

I think I had them in my intro stats class when I was teaching for 2 semesters while in grad school.

Like 5 star Johnson did as a freshman? What about Bain, Bower, and 5 star Herron last yr? We were thin at DT and where was their immediate impact?
The last true freshman DT who made an immediate impact was McFarland if memory serves me.
How about we slow our roll on these freshman? Love the enthusiasm though.

In this instance, I agree with you.
I don't know if Valentine can step right in. He has the size, but my question is on technique at this stage of his game.
Doesn't matter though. He's a tiger and I am more than happy about that .
