I picked up a kayak from my brothers neighbor last year and it came with a transducer and wiring for a depth finder already installed, but no display unit. The transducer has no markings on it and all I have to go by is the power/transducer plug that would attach to the display unit. I know its a long shot but does anyone know what brand depth finder this plug goes to:

Well damn. Which is it? Pretty sure it isn't humminbird because I have had those in the past and they use multiple plugs. This is just a single plug for both the power source and the transducer.

The one I had on my war eagle was similar to that - it was a lowrance X series if I remember correctly.

I am thinking an Eagle, possibly Cuda 300.

ETA: I think im going to Bass Pro in a little while to kill time and will check a few units to see if anything matches.

Can't. It's attached to my kayak.

And to Polar Pop: Eagle and Lowrance are the same company so that would make sense.

ETA: It appears Eagle doesn't even make depth finders anymore and they've all been replaced by Lowrance units.

Just saw your edit. I think my dad has an Eagle unit at his house, I will check and let you know. You can have it if you want, the boat it was on has a cracked transom so obviously he has no use for it.

Awesome. Would love to at least take a look at it. Sent you an e-mail btw. Good deal on some dekes, because you know we need some more of course.
