Best college football program in Florida

During a conversation with a friend, he tells me that the University of Central Florida is the second best college football program in the state of Florida. He didn't say that his statement was only limited to this past year, but rather now and in years to come.

I would say they are definitely in the 4th spot ahead of USF, but still pretty far behind the Big 3. They just don't have the resources to compete long term at that level.
