9 kidnappers threaten to "torcher"

These 9 as far as I am concerned should get the death penalty. Screwing around with witnesses and trying to get back at the DA is a big heck no in my book.
But whatever one does, one should not torcher...

Cell phones are prohibited inside. This sounds like a state prison and not federal so it's probably easier to smuggle them inside.
