I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 that I want to remove most of the bloatware from. It's my understanding that to do that I have to root the device. I was told to look around xda forums but they're talking way over my head. Can sometime explain to me how this is done? Or point me to a reliable, simple guide?

TIA

Then find someone who can read to do it for you, or you're SOL.

Go here. do whatever they say.

ETA: Since you can't read xda, i'll make it easy for you:

what is your model #? SM-T210, SM-T210R, SM-T211, something else?

That's your best bet. I'm not sure if there is going to be an easier way to understand it.

Do you have the 10.1? If so, I'm not sure it gets much easier than this.
