Leo to play Steve Jobs in biopic?

David Fincher dropped out of the Steve Jobs biopic, which was written by Oscar and Emmy winner Aaron Sorkin, and was quickly replaced by Oscar winning director Danny Boyle.
Leonardo DiCaprio looks to be Boyle's #1 choice to play Steve Jobs. Will Leo finally get his Oscar?

Two things:
(1) I thought Leo was taking a break from acting
(2) A Jobs biopic based off of "Jobs" has already been made and sucked (apparently).
I love Danny Boyle and I love Leo, but give this subject matter a rest. Unless it's about Jobs slaying a bunch of poon and snorting a lot of drugs in a "loose interpretation" of Jobs' life. Then Leo and Boyle would be perfect.
ETA: Apparently the "Jobs" movie is not based on the "Jobs" biography.

Bale was Fincher's choice but then Fincher dropped out so now the part is open.
