I bought a house end of last year and it has two full grown purple plum trees in the backyard. I checked yesterday and they are full of small plums. Will I need to spray these trees with anything to keep worms or any other pest off of them? If so, what can I use that wont harm dogs?

I also have 2 apple trees, 4 blueberry bushes, 1 fig, 1 Lemon, 1 Nectarine, and 1 Satsuma. Will I need to spray any of them with anything?

too late to spray dormant oil
i never spray my pears or plums, they do fine

fig...leave it alone
citrus...watch for aphids/sooty mold. spray an insecticide labeled for aphids when you see it.

DO NOT spray anything when the trees are in flower...you'll kill the bees and wont get good fruit

So don't spray anything unless I see aphids on the citrus. I like that plan. Sounds really easy.
