Fish whatever lake your girl cousin is not at. I suspect you will get a lot more fishing done if you stick to that

Oak Mountain State Park has a couple good lakes. No gas engines allowed so it's great for yak fishing. Plus it's right there in Pelham. I live right by the back entrance.

For sure. If you're into hiking there are some great trails. Paddle boats, horseback riding, wildlife center and lakes for family activities. Plus a really good value golf course for the money. Greens are kind of meh, but the layout and the rest of the course is great.
