For anyone that has ever been to Rosa's Cafe

Does anyone know how they make the bowls for their Fajita Salads? I'm dying to know how they do it so I can make a few of my own. I've looked everywhere to find how it's done, and even asked one of the guys at the register, but he had no idea. I think he was stoned anyway. Thanks in advance!!

I have no idea but I love that place. Every time we go back to Lubbock to visit, that is one of our first stops.

Oh, I know right?! I'm going back to Germany for the Summer and I want to figure out how they're made before I go. I'm pretty sure I've figured it out, but I know I won't be able to do it as well as they do.
