Will they be the new trendy hipster pick for new fans to the game in a couple years? Can't be bandwagon if they are stuck mid table right?

I still think you have an issue with the scientific definition of bandwagon. Might want to get to work on trying to change it so you can be right.

Im just trying to have a laugh to the obvious downfall of my club.

United and Liverpool are essentially the same club historically. Not sure what makes one set of fans bandwagon and one isn't.

I think it's a shot at Liverpool fans.

I can support this message, whether posted out of pure frustration or not.

Man U fans can't google?

quote:

The bandwagon effect is a well documented form of groupthink in behavioral science and has many applications.[which?] The general rule is that conduct or beliefs spread among people, as fads and trends clearly do, with "the probability of any individual adopting it increasing with the proportion who have already done so".[1] As more people come to believe in something, others also "hop on the bandwagon" regardless of the underlying evidence.

So no, once Man U blows for the next 10 years, your new American fans won't be bandwagoners.

You could denounce your Man U fandom, wait a couple years, and then you'd no longer be considered a bandwagoner.
