Well yeah, in the sense that Canadians are Americans as well. He was native to North America, Beiber is as much an American as Old Ben was.

Being born on the North American continent is all we have in common. I am a full natural born American, he is a British subject that was welcomed in.

Couldn't even be president today with those credentials.
