I saw that. I don't consider myself a good enough rib cook to go into a competition though.

I checked into it. Apparently they provide ribs to cook and a free 12-pack to aid in the cooking process. Sounds like a big tailgate party.

The Junior Chamber website says April 27, not May 3.

That's old info from last year. It's going to be May 3rd.
