Armstrong is lower than scum. All those years of intimidation and people covering his shite up, and now he wants to take down everyone with him. I can remember getting in to so many online arguments with dumbasses claiming this douche was clean.

FWIW I don't know if he did or not but statements like this from outside observers are extremely naive.
