Retired ILB Rolando McClain worked out for the Ravens on Tuesday.

That's the good news. The bad news, according to NFL Network and the Baltimore Sun, is that McClain was not only out of shape, but showed up late. McClain just doesn't get it. Although he's still only 24, the odds are against him cracking someone's 53-man roster this season.

Hate to say it, but he's just a thug that will never get it together. One of the best ILB to ever play at Bama and he's gone to total shite in a three year span.

He'll get a shot with some team if the Ravens wind up cutting him

I don't hold out much hope for him, but I wish him the best.

He knocked the absolute frick out of me when we played those Decatur river-rats. I still hurt.

ETA: If Ozzie wasn't the GM for the Ravens, he wouldn't have the second chance. Hopefully his time in Tuscaloosa (and away from Decatur) has relieved some of his demons. If I was making his contract, I'd stipulate that he never visit Decatur, except perhaps for family functions.

Probably not.

In other SEC thuggery news

TMZ reports Aaron Hernandez is being investigated for "allegedly threatening to shoot and kill a guard" at Bristol County Jail in late 2013. It should be noted that TMZ completely mangled the Colin Kaepernick "story." Nevertheless, we've reached the point where anything is believable when it comes to Hernandez. His (alleged) sociopathic behavior has continued unabated behind bars. Source: TMZ.com Apr 15 - 4:41 PM

He was by far my favorite player at Alabama until I learned how fricking stupid he is. He was a man amongst boys in the middle of the field though

AgentThe conditioning test free agent ILB Rolando McClain failed for the Ravens Tuesday was an interval sprint. The Ravens ask players to run 25 yards up and back three times, for a total of 150 yards. They're asked to do this sprint six times and hit target durations, with a one minute break in between intervals. McClain simply couldn't get through it -- and also showed up late for his workout.
