I need some tax forms QUICK HELP

I am self employed and my CPA is swamped. I need a link to the state Quarterly tax forms please. And Federal just to make sure I got the right ones.

It's my quarterlies that are due 4/30 but I'm trying to get this done right now.

Wait, is this payroll returns or individual estimated taxes?

Individual estimated is as linked above Form 1040-ES and 540-ES (Fed and LA)

If it's federal payroll you should have been paying in each month/pay period for feds, balance is due with 941-V for fed.

My customary practice is to have my clients add their 1st quarter estimated tax payment to any payment made with their extension request. When their 1040 is completed we request that the overpayment be applied to the following year's estimated payments. That way my clients only have to write one check, and I can avoid any possible failure to pay penalties for the current year which would be greater than the underpayment penalties for the next year if the total amount paid is insufficient to cover either requirement.
