Southern Tide VS Southern Marsh

Can someone tell me the difference? Backstory on each? I'm aware both are from here and I have a couple Southern Tide shirts my daughter gave me, just a basic pullover, nice shirt but nothing special. However it appears to me they both are essitentially the same.
So...Who's better and why?

Southern Tide is expensive, but damn, they're shirts (polos and tees) are very comfortable and hold up pretty well. I'm tall and lean, and its hard finding good fitting polos for me, but ST fits the bill. Southern Marsh is decent, I just don't like the fit of their clothes.

I'm about order a couple of the new southern Marsh polos.
I like my closet to be a good variety. BB is my staple, but I have some ST and SM in the rotation.
