One of yes... There are around 5 colleges that are consistent with producing great golf talent.

Oklahoma State also has produced some golfing talent. Just off the top of my head.

Rickie Fowler
Hunter Mahan
Charles Howell III
Bo Van Pelt

University of Houston has 16 national team titles, eight individual titles. Finished 2nd or 3rd 8 more times and top ten 34 times.

Oklahoma State would be second on that list.

It's kinda funny/amusing that UGA's GOATs are not from Georgia.

Their best golfer is from Florida.....and lives in Florida currently
Their best tennis player is from NC I think....and lives in Florida
Their best QB is from Florida
Etc
Etc
Etc

Just like Alabama

Ryan Lochte is recognized by Florida fans to be a great UF athlete... he's not from Florida. Oh, bummer.

So was Michael Jordan. So in your opinion, MJ is a New Yorker and not a Carolina boy?

I could care less where someone was born or raised. Athletes are affiliated with where they went to college (if they went to college) not where they grew up. Half the people in Atlanta were born somewhere else, but if they attended UGA they are Bulldogs for life. Same goes for our student athletes who come from out of state or country.
