OT workout crew, what can you tell me about horse yoga?

I just got back from receiving cortisone shots in my foot. Doc says I may have to let off on the running for a while. I've been researching this and it looks interesting.
Anyone have a horse I can borrow?

Is this like the sonic commercial where he says "try horse" and the other guy talks with a horse voice.
Maybe instead of soothing music you just have some crazy arse yelling at you in a scratchy voice.

I'm giving the foot a try on Saturday. There's no fracture. I'll let you know. Worst case scenario, I'll jump in around mile 5.
